It’s one of the most important ingredients of most beauty products that help cure large pores, revive dry skin, soothe sunburns, and treat acne. Whether eaten raw or cooked, this fruit will help enhance your skin’s health.
Carrots
Bugs Bunny would be happy to know that carrots are high in beta carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the body, which plays a role in cellular collagen production it helps heal damaged skin.
Berries

Berries are one of the best foods for a healthy diet. Not only do they benefit your health, but your skin too.
